On the 22nd of February my poem "Barren Grounds in Late Autumn" was 'Highly Commended' in the Tom Collins Poetry Prize 2020
The award ceremony was held in at the Navy Club, Fremantle, WA, which unfortunately mate it impossible to attend with the COVID situation.
The awards were presented by WA poet and competition judge Cailtlin Maling.
My congratulations to the winner Maddie Godfrey and the other poets who placed and were shortlisted.
Many thanks to everyone at the Fellowship of Australian Writers' Wester Australia and those involved in the competition.
